Postgraduate Taught provision remains a crucial component of UK higher education, but has arguably been overlooked by successive governments who have failed to bring together a credible and coherent strategy.
As the impact of reforms to undergraduate funding begin to take affect, institutions are considering the implications for future taught postgraduate recruitment. The changes to immigration rules, combined with recent negative headlines associated with international students mean that institutions are considering how to ensure that can reach and exceed their recruitment targets in challenging circumstances.
Students themselves are continuing to demand a high quality experience, and this conference will share effective practice to deliver on a high quality postgraduate taught experience.
