What happened last year
“The Local Government Challenge is a fantastic opportunity to take a closer look at some of the important issues faced by our sector and at the same time invest in the senior management of the future. Our ten contestants have the chance to develop their leadership skills by taking part in five very diverse challenges, and the local authorities that host the individual challenges benefit from an injection of fresh ideas into particular organisational issues. This double benefit is what makes this competition unique.”
