Sarah Church, Senior Lecturer – Midwifery, School of Health, University of Northampton
Sarah has been a midwife for the past 22 years and has worked within the Division of Midwifery at the University of Northampton for the last 11 years. She lectures on a broad range of modules within the pre-registration and post-registration undergraduate midwifery programmes and across the postgraduate framework within the School of Health. Her research interests focus on auto/biography, sociology of reproduction, older mothers and motherhood; she has recently completed her PhD on the issue of identity in relation to reproduction, motherhood and midwifery.
