Jonathan Rallings, Principal Policy and Project Officer, London Councils

Jonathan Rallings has worked for over a decade in children's policy in the public and voluntary sectors, including roles for the Daycare Trust, Pre-school Learning Alliance and the NSPCC. He is presently Principal Policy and Project Officer for Children's Services at London Councils where he works primarily on education policy and is the organisational lead for early years and childcare. Jonathan has also been Children's Information Service Manager for Medway Council and lectured on social policy for London Metropolitan University.
