Dr Sonia Sharp is Executive Director for Children and Young People’s Services in Sheffield. Building on a background in psychology and research, Sonia has a proven track record as a senior leader in children’s services. She has held senior roles in Birmingham, Leeds and Rotherham.

Sonia is passionate about improving outcomes for every child without exception and supported the transformation of children’s social care in Sheffield.
