Caroline Waterfield is the Deputy Head of Employment Services at NHS Employers. She supports the whole range of work within the employment services function but has specific responsibility for modernising nursing careers, employment standards and workforce supply. She also advises NHS organisations on recruitment and retention strategies. Prior to joining NHS Employers in 2006 she worked in acute hospitals leading on resourcing strategies within HR functions.
