Richard Golding
Global Relationship Partner for the UN System, PricewaterhouseCoopers
Richard is PwC’s Global Relationship Partner (GRP) for the United Nations System and also for The Global Fund to Fight HIV/Aids, Tuberculosis & Malaria. He is also a member of PwC’s International Development Assistance Steering Committee which co-ordinates PwC’s work funded by the major multilateral development organizations including the UN, World Bank, European Commission and Regional Development Banks. In recent years, Richard has led PwC’s work with the UN System on major projects covering UN Governance & Oversight, HR effectiveness, Programme Evaluations, IT effectiveness and many other areas.
Richard originally qualified as a Corporate Member of CIPFA. He joined PwC in 1987 and was admitted to partnership in 1996. He is a UK citizen, resident in Geneva, Switzerland and New York, USA and speaks English and French.
Richard is a frequent contributor on issues and trends in global governance, accountability and funding models involving multilateral organizations and emerging public / private partnerships.
