Simon trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant prior to entering the IT Services sector, where he spent over 30 years. He joined Hoskyns Group plc in 1985 and helped them grow from an 800 people UK organisation to becoming an integral part of Capgemini, a globally based services and consultancy Group who today employ over 90,000 staff.

Simon achieved Vice President status at Capgemini and throughout his 20 years there, successfully developed business units in Wholesale Banking, Outsourcing, Professional Services and Application Products; as well as performing the role of UK Sales Director.

More recently, Simon has been Managing Director of Parity Services Ltd; part of the Parity Group plc, where the majority of clients were in the Public and Third Sectors, including The Cabinet Office, MOD, The Charity Commission in England & Wales, Ofsted and many councils.

Simon is a founder member of S2M Ltd, a company who work closely with organisations to recover duplicate and overpayments, recreating ‘lost’ profit and cash – a vital service in today’s economic climate.
