Ron Gray joined Loughborough University as Director of Development and Alumni Relations in January 2008, where he works closely with the Vice-Chancellor. Previous to this, Ron was Director of Development and Alumni Relations at the University of Warwick where, over five years, he expanded the office and implemented a major gift fundraising programme.
