Gary Argent, Business Operations Manager, Association of Graduate Recruiters

Gary graduated from King’s College London with a degree in Computer Science in 1991. He spent 9 years working in technical, project management and consultancy roles for an IT Services company before moving into graduate recruitment and development in 2000 where he was responsible for recruiting 200 graduates, placement students and school leavers each year. In 2008 he joined the Association of Graduate Recruiters, a not for profit organisation which exists to promote best practice and raise standards in graduate recruitment and development by enabling employers, universities and suppliers work together more effectively.
