Professor Lesley-Jane Eales-Reynolds, an Immunologist, is Director of Learning, Teaching and Pedagogic Research at the University of Westminster. Previously part of top rated RAE submissions in her discipline, she created a highly succcessful Centre of Excellence in Teaching and Learning.

As Director of the ExPERT Centre, she led innovations in teaching in the Health-related sciences. In 2001 she received her National Teaching Fellowship and in 2007 was awarded one of the first Senior Fellowships of the Higher Education Academy. She is a founding member and Chair of the Association of National Teaching Fellows and a past Board member of the HEA and its Academic Council.
