Kevin Doherty

Kelvin Doherty is an Assistant Director within the Youth Justice Agency, Northern Ireland with responsibility for Youth Conferencing. He has over fifteen years experience as a practitioner and manager in criminal justice in Probation and Youth Justice in London, Manchester & Belfast.
Kelvin has an interest in the training of conference facilitators, implementation of conferencing in a statutory context and performance management. He is also currently involved in the European Union funded ‘State of Affairs’ project, a study of conferencing practices within criminal justice in Europe.
