Kieron White
Managing Director, WCL.
Kieron White is the founder and Managing Director of WCL. He leads WCL’s development of innovative collaborative models for the FE sector and has overseen collaboration projects with over 50 colleges. Kieron has ten years of experience working with public sector clients in strategy development, and the design and delivery of large, complex change programmes.
Before establishing WCL, Kieron was a senior member of the programme management team in a big-five management consultancy where he gained experience working for clients in the public sector, and in the finance, technology and automotive industries.
Kieron has been instrumental in developing innovative delivery models that have been at the heart of many of education’s most high profile programmes including the introduction of School Improvement Partners, the successful London Challenge programme, the Behaviour Improvement Programmes, and improvements in the quality of School Food.
He regularly hosts and speaks at seminars on best practices in public sector delivery, and is a renowned conference facilitator with experience of designing and facilitating a vast number of conferences and seminars.
Kieron’s proudest business achievement is in establishing WCL and growing the company to over £9m of revenues with over eighty staff and associates. Throughout its growth, WCL has maintained a strong focus on the core value of making a difference in the public sector.
