Briony Redman
Briony Redman is the MARAC (Multi-Agency-Risk-Assessment-Conference) Coordinator at Standing Together Against Domestic Violence. Standing Together coordinates the ground breaking multi-agency response to the crime of domestic violence, and is based in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. Standing Together influences national policy and practice by initiating and driving innovation, providing safer options for survivors of domestic violence and their children and holding abusers to account.
Standing Together began in 1998 and works with partner agencies in both statutory and voluntary sectors to ensure a coordinated response to incidents of domestic violence and to place responsibility for action with partner agencies. Briony coordinates the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (LBHF) and Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) MARACS. The LBHF and RBKC MARACS have been running since January 2008 and were both considered to be of a high-quality under CAADA’s Quality Assurance principles.
