Tony Lau-Walker is Chief Executive of Eastleigh College, an employer engagement college with 22,000 learners and a partnership network which has the largest SFA contract in the South East.

Tony has recently been appointed as a Skills Commissioner to UKCES and chairs the Windsor Group, a group of ten FE colleges working together to improve employer engagement and to collaboratively increase their business.
