Helen Bailey has just become Chief Executive of Local Partnerships. She was previously Director of Public Services at HM Treasury, responsible for spending on Local Government, Housing, Health and Education. She also has experience as a Local Authority Chief Executive in the London Borough of Islington from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, Helen had a career in public service and management consultancy.

Her experience is all around facilitating and delivering change in the public sector and she brings unrivalled insights into central and local government.
