Anthony Hurndall
Anthony studied Law at Brasenose College, Oxford and qualified as a solicitor in 1976. He was a partner at leading London law firms before setting up his own practice. Concerned at how the legal system fails those in dispute and the expense, delay and frustration parties experience, his research and work in the field over the following ten years led to the development of a new model for resolving disputes and complaints.
In 2008 he set up Centre for Justice, a unique and innovative adjudication service for the education sector, business, the public and government. It is an independent and not-for-profit body based in central London and uses the model developed from the previous years of research and consultation.
He is a regular speaker on dispute resolution and works with IDRAS and others to improve the handling of disputes and complaints in education.
