Joanne has been employed since 2008 as an Employment Solicitor in Thompsons’ London office. Joanne previously worked at the Hammersmith & Fulham Community Law Centre for 4 years where she specialised in employment and housing law.

Joanne has gained wide experience across all areas of employment law. She advises and represents union members in Employment Tribunal claims of e.g. unfair dismissal, discrimination and unpaid wages. For the past 3 years, Joanne has also represented union members before their regulatory bodies, including the Nursing and Midwifery Council, Health Professions Council and the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
