Dr Judie Gannon leads the four Masters programmes in the Oxford School of Hospitality Management at Oxford Brookes University. In 2008 she led the development of the Bacchus Mentoring scheme in the School and in 2011 she was awarded a Brookes Teaching Fellowship for her work in this area. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the Institute of Hospitality. Her research interests and publications include the areas of; internationalisation, talent and management development, strategic human resource management, intercultural skills and mentoring.
