Professor Paul Dolan
Dr. Paul Dolan is Professor of Economics at Tanaka Business School, Imperial College London. The general theme of his research activities is how individual and social well-being should be defined, measured and distributed for the purposes of informing public policy.
He has held academic appointments at the Universities of York, Newcastle and Sheffield, where he became Professor of Economics in 2000 and Founder-Director of the Centre for Well-being in Public Policy in 2004. He was a visiting fellow at Princeton in 2005 with Professor Daniel Kahneman and joined Imperial in 2006.
