Carolyn Savage
Carolyn currently manages the national team and service for responsible Apprenticeship recruitment and the Apprenticeship vacancy recruitment website across England.
She has 30 years' experience in the field of education, learning and training, both as a civil servant and also for several public sector funded bodies.
She is an experienced governor for a local secondary school in Northamptonshire and has two children.
Carolyn has worked for the National Apprenticeship Service since its inception in 2009 as a Learner Services Director across the East and West Midlands, which included extensive work with schools, FE colleges and the Careers Sector.
Through her career she has developed a thorough working knowledge of Apprenticeship policy, delivery and funding arrangements and has seen first hand the benefits that Apprenticeships can bring to both employers and individuals.
