Abdujabbor Abduvakhitov is the Rector of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Uzbekistan, which trains future diplomats and specialists in international affairs.

Dr Abduvakhitov is one of the founders of Westminster International University in Tashkent and was Rector of this university for almost 10 years.

He has experience of teaching and lecturing in various international universities. His areas of interest and expertise include education reform; international education; education management; quality assurance in higher education and oriental studies.
