Debbie Hilton has many years' experience at Crisis leading on the delivery of personal development and employment-based services to homeless ex-offenders.

Crisis provides high quality engagement activities; accredited and non-accredited learning; employment training and sustainable move-on into the private rented sector and is renowned for its personalised and holistic highly motivational coaching approach.

Prior to moving into the voluntary sector, Debbie worked for a leading global risk management group, designing and delivering corporate social responsibility programmes that enabled prisoners nearing release to develop the skills to find and secure employment.
