Andrew is a strategic leader with a twenty five year track record of achievement and delivery in communications and advocacy, policy development and public campaigning in the public, private and voluntary sectors. His background includes director of communications roles with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Defra and the Arts Council, and senior communications roles at the BBC, News International and Barnardo's.
