Ros Roughton is Director of Strategy and System Reform at NHS Yorkshire & the Humber.

Before joining the NHS Rosamond worked for many years as a senior civil servant at the Department of Health and the Treasury on a wide range of policy portfolios. She came to NHS Yorkshire and the Humber from Manchester, where she was previously the Director of Workforce and Organisational Development at the Christie Hospital in Manchester, and the Director of Corporate Affairs at Greater Manchester Strategic Health Authority.
