Kevin has spent 25 years in the leisure industry. His experience ranges through sports development and events, leisure facility and contract management, initiation and operation of leisure trusts and facility rationalisation projects. He has undertaken consultancy roles for the public and private sector.

Kevin joined Sport England in 2007. He managed the procurement of the National Sports Centres contracts through competitive dialogue resulting in a £45m saving across the term. Kevin’s team has a wide remit and are/have been responsible for delivering over £200m of lottery funded major capital projects through Olympic venues, the Iconic funding stream and the new Improvement Fund. Kevin also leads the Sport England Technical Section delivering design and cost advice to the leisure sector.
