Ray Phillips has worked in libraries since 1985. His most recent employment was as Head of Information Services at the King's Fund, a health policy 'think tank'. While there, his achievements included: increasing the electronic reach of the library; increasing library income; and moving the library to a new location. Before the King's Fund, Ray spent four years as a regional library lead in the NHS. Ray is currently an independent information professional, with a particular interest in library strategy development.
