Will Tuckley
Will became Chief Executive of the London Borough of Bexley in early 2008. The borough has an outstanding record on recycling, prize winning parks and some of the most popular schools in London. As Deputy Chief Executive in Croydon, Will helped deliver the first new tramway in London for decades. He started his career in housing working for the Greater London Council and went on to be Head of Policy for the Association of London Government (now London Councils).
Among other roles Will has been the Chair of a large housing association, led the London Serious Youth Violence Board and leads the alcohol theme for the Mayor’s London Health Improvement Board. He is currently the secretary of the London Chief Executives Group.
