Tracey Brown
Tracey Brown has been the Director of Sense About Science, a charitable trust that promotes good science for the public, since 2002.
She previously spent four years working on a European Commission programme to establish social research and teaching in the former Soviet Union.
She has a background in social research, particularly on the social dynamics of risk and litigation, and experience of organising social research projects. She is a regular contributor to public and media debates about science and has a regular column in People and Science magazine.
Tracey sits on the Outreach Committee of the Royal College of Pathologists and in 2009 was made a Friend of the College.
