Keith cannot remember a time when he was not surrounded by fostering. He grew up in a house with his brother and two sisters and up to four foster siblings. Some staying days, and others for years. This introduction to the world of fostering clearly informs his approach to the work in every way. Upon returning from a dozen years in the US and gaining qualifications including a Masters in Business administration he and his mother created the most successful fostering organisation in the UK.

Keith joined Diverse Care in 2012 with a view to creating the 'next generation' of fostering organisation -- where, hopefully, we will reach the nirvana of fostering and actually have foster parents respected and treated as the most important professionals involved with looked after children -- and not just talk about it. Keith enjoys challenging the status quo in every area within which he works, where he feels as though improvements can be made by sometimes completely ignoring 'conventional wisdom'.
