Elaine Owen is a registered nurse and manager with over thirty years’ experience in general nursing including palliative care. She has a proven record of developing, changing and sustaining practice. She is committed to patient involvement, service development and staff training and education through work based initiatives.

Elaine is currently employed by Cheshire and Merseyside Clinical Networks within the Palliative and End of Life Care Network as End of Life Care Service Improvement Lead for Acute and Specialist Services
