Rosemary joined The Trust at the end of 2006 as Director for London. Three years later she led the successful merger of the new London and South East region. Regional delivery grew each year to
support nearly 8,000 young people. Rosemary was then appointed Director for the South of England before becoming The Trust’s Director of Policy and Strategy.

Before joining The Trust Rosemary was Chief Executive of a mental health charity and Deputy Director of an innovative homelessness
prevention charity. She established the first project in the UK to mediate between young homeless people and their families. She has an extensive background in young people’s services and leading
change.
