Keith Davis is the Director of the National Audit Office’s Cross-Government work. His role includes leading recent studies on restructuring central government, cost reduction, collaborative procurement and use of consultants. In addition he is joint leader of the NAO’s strategic theme of cost-effective delivery which includes oversight of the NAO’s work on process management.

Previously he managed value for money reviews of the BBC and was Head of Press Office at the NAO. He is a qualified accountant (Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy).
