Dr Kathleen M Bailey
Kathleen Bailey completed her MA in TESL and her PhD in applied linguistics at UCLA. She currently is a professor at the Monterey Institute of International Studies (MIIS). She was TESOL President from 1998-1999 and currently serves as the President of “TIRF” (The International Research Foundation for English Language Education).
