Pam Croney is a Senior Lecturer at Newcastle Business School at Northumbria University where she also is Student Recruitment and Admissions Tutor.

Pam has past experience of working in Sales and Marketing as both an executive and in a supervisory position. She has also worked in a variety of roles within business education for many years as both a practitioner and as an examiner.

Pam completed her M Ed (Leadership) from Newcastle University in 2011 where she completed research into the factors that drive student choice post 16 and the implications this has on curriculum and university choice.

She is now studying for her DBA and is currently undertaking research into the pedagogical relationship and whether an expectation gap exists between first year UG students and their lecturers.
