Libby Hampson is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Development and has a particular interest personal skill development and a passion for teaching and learning. She is an accredited practitioner
for psychometric profiling tools such as MBTi, Insights Discovery and Emotional Intelligence; she is a member of the British Psychological Society.

Libby joined Teesside University Business School five years ago from another regional University as Programme Leader for Public Relations and Public Relations and Marketing. Her current teaching includes Personal and Team Effectiveness, Team
Building and Coaching, and Employability for Business. Libby recently started a long term project investigating suggested individual difference and confidence amongst business school students (using Insights Discovery) and how this may affect their time at University and future employability.

Libby is a member of the Education and Work-Based Learning research group at the University, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and currently working towards Teesside‟s ATFS (Associated Teaching Fellowship Scheme).
