Francesca has developed her skills through a wide variety of roles within business; including project management, operations management, change management staff and student development. With her portfolio career, own business and wide range of contacts she is ideally placed to support students.

Employability is the main focus of Francesca‟s day to day work and she is delighted to be the lead of the LaunchPad programme; working with the leaders of the future, who will be doing the jobs that nobody has even thought of yet, which she finds hugely inspirational.

Francesca is a founder member of Women in Management North West, Champion and Events Co-ordinator for the Lancashire Branch of the Chartered Management Institute; roles which ensure that all her students are „well connected’.
