With many years experience as a specialist community practitioner and health care professional educator Kay began her nursing career in the RAF and has worked across UK, Europe and the US. With a current portfolio that includes the project lead for clinical skills training in nursing homes and with key responsibility within the team for Health Care Support Worker training , community training , CCGs and skills profiling. Being part of the clinical skills team from its inception Kay's locality covers North Yorkshire and she works closely with all her stakeholders to ensure patient safety is at the heart of clinical skills and simulation training.
