Jason D. He aggressively defends patent owners in over 30 inter partes reviews and covered business methods proceedings and assists Petitioners in additional proceedings challenging patents.

Mr. Eisenberg has also worked with patent owners and third party requesters in more than 30 reexaminations through Patent Trial and Appeal Board and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit appeals, and he is an expert on complex reissue preparation and prosecution having been involved in various stages of nearly 70 reissue applications.
