David is a partner in Wragge & Co’s IP team based in London, Birmingham, Munich, Paris, Guangzhou and Brussels. David leads Wragge & Co’s high-tech patent litigation team and has a lengthy track record of managing large-scale litigation in Europe, especially in the fields of telecommunications, electronics and software. He has particular expertise of patent litigation in various standardised industries.

David is a member of the American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association, the Intellectual Property Lawyers Association, the Law Society and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys.

He is a regular speaker on IP issues at conferences in the UK, elsewhere in Europe and in the US.
