Darren started working for Northamptonshire YOS is 2006. He was originally employed as Reparation co-ordinator responsible for managing the team supervising young people on reparative tasks.

In 2007 Darren received formal RJ training and began integrating RJ principals into the Reparation Team. Darren is currently the RJ Co-ordinator with Northamptonshire YOS, still managing the Reparation Team and also dealing with sensitive and complex victim cases.

Darren led on RSQM accreditation and is an accredited Practitioner via the RJC. He has a BA (Hons) in Youth Justice Studies.
