Francesca Albanese
Francesca is responsible for Homeless Link’s research programme. She has extensive experience of conducting qualitative research with hard to reach and vulnerable groups which includes the delivery of a three year Big Lottery Funded longitudinal project tracking the outcomes of 128 previously homeless households.
She is currently managing a Lankelly Chase funded project on ‘Systems Change’ to support homeless organisations to evidence and understand the impact of their work, and recently completed an evaluation for Department of Health of a £10 million investment programme to improve hospital discharge for homeless people.
Prior to joining Homeless Link Francesca worked at the housing charity Shelter. She has a PhD in Housing and Social Policy and an MA in Urban Regeneration.
