Paula Whittle has worked in education for over 25 years. Her passion for understanding the complex developmental needs of the learner and commitment to providing the highest standards of delivery has seen her become a true curriculum specialist. With her in-depth experience of the schools sector, further and higher education system, including Open University, Paula now leads one of the biggest colleges in the UK, within one of the most diverse communities in London.
Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College comprises four campuses and a range of community learning centres and projects across west London. It has a strong International Centre, is one of the top three recruiters in the UK, works closely with employers and offers bespoke training through its specialist employer unit.
Paula’s continuing ambition is to give everyone access to the power of learning. Her belief is that education enriches lives, gives learners credibility and is a strong tool for social mobility.
