Speaker Biography

Abel Idowu Olayinka

Professor Olayinka took up his current post in September 2015, having previously been the university’s deputy vice-chancellor (academic), dean of the postgraduate school and head of the Department of Geology. He holds a PhD in applied geophysics from the University of Birmingham and is a fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Science.
