Lucia Schoombee joined Elsevier in 2014, where she is responsible for the implementation, support and training of the company’s research management services at several universities and organisations in Africa, including the University of Cape Town, the University of Johannesburg, UNISA, the American University in Cairo, the British University of Egypt, the African Academy of
Sciences and the University of Ghana.
