Alongside her role as vice-chancellor for university development and alumni relations, Julie Hooper is president of the UC Berkeley Foundation. Previously, she served as assistant dean for development and external relations at the University of Texas at Austin’s School of Architecture. She was also that institution’s associate vice-president for development.
