Kate worked at the College for 15 years, commencing as a Business Administration Tutor. Since then she has been carrying out the Staff Development and Equalities role. Darlington College has twice been successfully re-assessed for Investors in People, and achieved a Grade 1 Ofsted inspection. It was also the first College in the country to achieve the Equality Standard.
