Claire is Senior Project Manager for The Reading Agency, supporting libraries to implement the Library Offer - public libraries' response to Aiming High and the positive activities agenda. She manages FtP, the national young people's change programme, demonstrating the Offer in practice through the Participate service transformation programme, HeadSpace, groupthing and several innovative regional programmes.

Claire worked as a librarian and Development Manager for inner-city library services for 11 years before leaving to become a cultural sector consultant. She has been with The Reading Agency for two years. Claire was the 2005/07 libraries Clore Leadership Fellow and is an RSA Fellow.
