Harman Sagger
Harman Sagger is an Economic Advisor at DCMS. He works within an inter-disciplinary team of economists, social researchers, statisticians and operational researchers, undertaking analysis on culture, media, and sport. He previously worked at HM Treasury and HMRC on emerging markets, globalisation, productivity and environmental taxes. He received a BSc in Economics from Brunel and an MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics.
A significant focus of his work has been on the value of culture and the impact of the recession on culture and sports. Other interests include South American economic history, the valuation of environmental goods and economic growth.
