Trudie has worked with the National College for almost 6 years and has worked on a range of programmes and provision. Her current role is Senior Programme Manager leading on the Early Years work of the Extended and Integrated Team, which includes the highly successful development and delivery of the National Professional Qualification in Integrated Centre Leadership (NPQICL) and a range of development projects working with early years practitioners and children’s centre leaders to improve leadership and management for a positive impact for children and families.

In addition to her qualification as a Prince 2 Project Manager, Trudie holds an Honours degree in Management Studies and has recently achieved her Post-Graduate Diploma in Management.
